Nathan Weber
I have been very fortunate to have grown up on the central coast and, by proximity, have been able to enjoy a wide range of sports and recreation. Surfing, mountain biking, kayaking, and paddle boarding were all things that were right outside of my door. The State Parks and BLM land also provided plenty of opportunities for other activities like Archery, backpacking, and Camping. I have 4 siblings as well, so we were always on a mission to outdo each other's adventures. Having older brothers pushed me to try harder and having younger siblings gave me a chance to lead and teach as well. In 2013 when I was 21 I started guiding action sports and outdoor excursions professionally for an adventure outfitter and spent 7 years growing as both a leader and role model for future adventurers. In 2020, my business partner and I opened our own bike shop and surf school in Morro Bay, which has provided an excellent base camp for me to acquire gear and lunch adventures. Helping people gain the confidence to explore and watching them learn sports is what brings me the most joy in my job. Experiencing an adventure in nature is both impactful and transformative, and I thrive when I get to share these moments with others. I've always found that getting outside is the quickest way to clear my thoughts and find mental clarity. The confidence I found through learning new sports and conquering adventures has brought success in all aspects of life as well. I'm a firm believer in the personal growth and life-changing effects that outdoor activities foster. Now with more than a decade of time in the field, I still look forward to every day I get to share with others doing the things I love and watching their lives transform as well.
If I'm not leading an adventure, you can still find me exploring and making memories with my wife, Sarah, Our daughter, Birdy, and our dog, Phoebe!
